A mobile app should solve one recurring job for a defined user—not replicate your entire website in a smaller screen. I design and build Android and iOS applications, plus Progressive Web Apps that install from the browser, for schools, service businesses, and product startups that need reliable daily use.
My app work through AzAd Solutions includes parent-facing school apps with fee views and announcements, staff tools for trades teams in the field, and consumer utilities distributed on Google Play. I handle API integration against your existing backend or stand up lightweight Cloudflare Workers endpoints when you need secure sync without a heavy server bill.
Store publishing is part of the delivery, not a surprise add-on. I prepare listing assets, privacy disclosures, signing keys, and update channels so your app stays maintainable after v1. If you need biometric login, push alerts, or offline caches for spotty connectivity, I architect those behaviors up front instead of bolting them on after launch.
Performance on mid-range Android hardware is a design constraint I take seriously. I avoid bloated animation libraries, lazy-load media, and measure cold start time because parents and field staff rarely carry flagship phones. When your roadmap grows, I extend the same codebase with feature flags rather than rewriting for v2.

How I work
Step 1: Jobs-to-be-done workshop
I list the three to five tasks your user repeats weekly and cut everything else from v1 so the app ships on time, with a written backlog for phase-two features.
Step 2: UX flows & API contract
Wireframes cover login, home, detail, and settings paths while I document endpoints, tokens, and error handling with your backend owner, including offline and timeout behaviors.
Step 3: Native or PWA build
I implement screens with platform-appropriate components, test on real mid-range Android devices, and profile startup time.
Step 4: Beta & device matrix
Internal testers run through fee payments, notifications, and logout/login edge cases on mid-range Android phones and one iOS device before store submission.
Step 5: Store launch & telemetry
After approval I monitor crash-free sessions, ANR reports, and Play Console vitals, then schedule iterative fixes and dependency updates before OS target bumps force emergency releases.
