CHS Families App

The CHS Families App is the parent and family mobile app I built for City High School. Schools communicate constantly — announcements, fee reminders, student updates, event notices — but paper circulars and ad hoc WhatsApp groups do not give families a reliable, official channel.

I designed the app so parents and guardians receive school announcements, access student-related updates, use fee tools, and stay connected to CHS communication from one authenticated mobile experience. Push notifications bring time-sensitive information to families without requiring them to check a website daily.

The app connects to the same operational data behind the CHS Operations Portal, so information staff publish internally reaches families accurately. Parents see what the school intends to share, not a stale copy from last term's PDF.

The CHS Families App is live on Google Play and integrated with app.cityhighschool.edu.pk. I maintain it through each academic cycle as communication needs and fee workflows evolve.
