City High School operations portal and families app
I built the City High School operations portal at app.cityhighschool.edu.pk and the CHS Families Android app so staff can run admissions, academics, and finance while parents get announcements and fee tools on mobile.

Problem
City High School was running day-to-day operations across spreadsheets, paper forms, and disconnected communication channels. Admissions, academic records, fee collection, and staff workflows needed a single system of record, while families expected timely updates on phones — not only through the public website at cityhighschool.edu.pk.

Approach
I scoped the portal around the school's real operational loops — admissions intake, class and section management, fee ledgers, and staff dashboards — rather than a generic school template. I built the web portal as the authoritative backend and layered the CHS Families app on top so parents could receive announcements, student updates, and fee-related tools without calling the office for every request.
I shipped in phases: core ERP workflows first, then parent communication features, then Play Store publication for the families app. I kept deployment paths separate so staff could keep working during upgrades, and I stayed on retainer for fixes and feature requests as the school term progressed.
