Question 1

How do I support AzAd projects?

Accepted Answer

You can support through Easypaisa, JazzCash, or RAST in Pakistan, ElevatePay for international USD transfers, or in-app donations on apps like Islam-o-Deena.

Question 2

What payment methods work in Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

Easypaisa, JazzCash, and RAST instant transfer. QR codes are provided for mobile wallet payments.

Question 3

How do international supporters donate?

Accepted Answer

Use ElevatePay to send USD to the Merchants Commercial Bank account in the Support Financially section on this page. Full beneficiary and routing details are listed there.

Question 4

How will my donation be used?

Accepted Answer

Your donation helps develop new features, fix bugs, improve documentation, and dedicate more time to open source development.

Question 5

Is AzAd Smart Downloader privacy-first?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All scan results and settings remain local to your browser. I do not collect or track your scan data.

Question 6

How can I support Islam-o-Deena?

Accepted Answer

Islam-o-Deena is free to download on Google Play. You can support development financially through in-app donations.

Question 7

How long does a typical project take?

Accepted Answer

Starter brochure sites ship in 2–7 days depending on the package and how quickly you provide content. Custom websites usually run 2–6 weeks. Apps, SaaS products, and print production depend on scope — I give a timeline in the quote after reviewing your brief.

Question 8

Do I own the code, design, and content?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When the project is paid and delivered, you own your content and the work product. I retain the right to show the project in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise. Licensed third-party assets (fonts, stock photos, premium plugins) stay under their own terms.

Question 9

Who handles hosting and domain setup?

Accepted Answer

You can use your existing host and domain, or I can register, configure, and manage them through AzAd Solutions. Hosting, SSL, backups, and email are billed separately from design and development unless included in a specific quote.

Question 10

How do revisions work?

Accepted Answer

Starter packages include unlimited revisions within the agreed page count and layout. Custom projects include a defined revision round in the quote. New features, extra pages, or direction changes after sign-off are scoped and priced before I build them.

Question 11

Can you build sites in Urdu, Arabic, or English?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I build multilingual sites regularly — including RTL Arabic layouts for clients in Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf. You provide translated copy, or I can work with your translator. UI strings and structure are set up for each language from the start.

Question 12

Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most of my work is remote. I serve clients in Lahore and across Pakistan, plus UAE, KSA, Canada, the USA, and the UK. Calls, briefs, and approvals happen over email, WhatsApp, or video — aligned to your timezone where possible.

Question 13

What belongs in a project brief?

Accepted Answer

Send your business name, what you need (website, app, print, email), example sites you like, page list or features, brand files if you have them, target launch date, and budget range. The more specific you are, the faster I can quote accurately.

Question 14

Starter package or custom quote — how do I choose?

Accepted Answer

Choose a starter package if you need a brochure-style site with standard pages and no custom backend. Request a custom quote if you need unique design, integrations, user login, ecommerce beyond basics, a portal, an app, or print tied to a full brand rollout.
