CHS Operations Portal

The CHS Operations Portal is the school ERP and operations dashboard I built for City High School. Running a school means coordinating admissions, academics, finance, and staff workflows every day — often across spreadsheets, paper forms, and tools that do not talk to each other.

I engineered this portal as the internal command center for CHS administrators and staff. Admissions pipelines, academic records, fee operations, and staff workflows live in one authenticated environment at app.cityhighschool.edu.pk, replacing fragmented processes with structured modules and role-appropriate access.

The portal connects to the broader CHS digital ecosystem, including the CHS Families App for parent-facing communication. Data entered in operations flows outward where families need visibility, while sensitive administrative functions stay behind appropriate permissions.

The CHS Operations Portal is live and in daily use. I maintain and extend it as the school's operational needs evolve through each academic year.
