AzAd Workspace mail and admin platform
I engineered AzAd Workspace as a hosted mail platform — domain management, admin console, webmail, CRM integration, and the AzAd Mail Android client for organizations that outgrow shared hosting mailboxes.

Problem
Businesses and institutions I work with repeatedly hit the same wall: generic cPanel mailboxes without proper admin controls, weak deliverability setup, and no unified place to manage users, aliases, and client communication. They needed domain-based corporate email with an admin layer, webmail that staff would actually use, and a path to mobile access — without migrating to an expensive enterprise suite.

Approach
I designed AzAd Workspace as a product rather than a one-off mail server — each client domain gets isolated mailboxes, aliases, and DNS guidance, all managed through a single admin console at azadworkspace.com. I built webmail and tied in AzAd CRM so sales and support teams could stay in one ecosystem instead of juggling Gmail tabs and spreadsheets.
On the infrastructure side I focused on the unglamorous essentials: authentication records, bounce handling, and clear onboarding for migrations from Google Workspace or legacy hosting. I shipped the AzAd Mail Android app so field teams and executives could read and send from their domain addresses on the go. The platform now backs corporate email for clients I onboard through AzAd Solutions and serves as the foundation for bulk and transactional products like MailTry.
