AzAd Workspace

I built AzAd Workspace because organizations need more than a mailbox — they need a place to run business email with real admin control. The platform covers domain management, hosted mail, a webmail client, and an admin console so IT leads and office managers can onboard users, set policies, and keep communication under one roof.

The product is aimed at businesses and institutions that outgrow consumer Gmail but do not want the complexity or cost of enterprise suites. I designed the admin experience around everyday tasks: adding domains, creating mailboxes, reviewing usage, and connecting related tools like CRM without forcing teams to jump between disconnected dashboards.

On the technical side, I engineered the stack for multi-tenant hosting with clear separation between organizations, reliable delivery paths, and a webmail interface that feels familiar to users while still supporting business workflows like shared folders and mobile access through companion apps.

AzAd Workspace is live today at azadworkspace.com and serves as the foundation for other AzAd products — CRM, mobile mail, and delivery tooling all plug into the same identity and domain layer. I continue to extend the platform as customer needs grow from basic hosting toward full workspace operations.
