Iqarly

Iqarly is the real estate operating system I built for agencies working in Dubai and the wider UAE market. Property businesses there need more than a CRM spreadsheet — they need listing management, customer tracking, agent coordination, and a public-facing brand site that stays in sync with inventory.

The platform serves agency owners, property consultants, and back-office staff who juggle leads, viewings, and listings across multiple channels. I designed Iqarly so internal operations and the customer-facing website pull from the same data layer, reducing the duplicate entry that slows agencies down.

Core modules cover property listings, customer and agent management, pipeline tracking, and a branded public website generated from live inventory. I built the workflows around how UAE agencies actually operate — fast-moving listings, multilingual audiences, and the need for a professional web presence without a separate CMS project.

Iqarly is live at iqarly.com. I continue evolving it as agency feedback comes in, with emphasis on keeping the public site, CRM, and listing database aligned as the single source of truth for the business.
