HomeWork Services is the field service platform I built for home and on-site trade businesses — plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and similar operators who live by leads, quotes, jobs, and invoices rather than desk work. These businesses need software that works in the van and on site, not only in an office.

I designed the cloud platform around the full job lifecycle: capture leads, send quotes, schedule work, dispatch teams, complete jobs, and invoice customers. A customer portal gives homeowners visibility into their requests and job status without endless phone tag.

The Android staff app extends the platform into the field — technicians see jobs, schedules, and workflows on mobile while the back office manages capacity from the web dashboard. The staff app is live on Google Play, so field teams can operate against the same job data the office sees in real time.

HomeWork Services is live at homeworkservices.app. I continue tightening the loop between office dispatch and field execution as trade businesses adopt the platform.
