Busivio

Busivio is my cloud ERP and CRM platform for businesses that have outgrown disconnected spreadsheets but need something more approachable than legacy enterprise software. I designed it as a Business OS — finance, HR, inventory, sales, purchases, and import operations in one intelligent platform.

The product targets owners and operations teams at trading companies, distributors, and growing SMEs who need visibility across departments without hiring a full IT department to maintain it. I structured modules so finance can reconcile while sales updates orders and warehouse staff adjust stock without fighting separate systems.

I built Busivio with multi-module coherence in mind: ledgers connect to invoices, inventory movements reflect in purchasing, and HR records stay tied to the organization chart the business actually uses. The interface prioritizes daily operational tasks over feature depth nobody touches.

Busivio is live at busivio.com. I ship improvements based on how real businesses run month-end close, stock takes, and customer billing — keeping the platform practical rather than bloated.
