AzAd CRM
Customer Relationship Management
AzAd CRM exists because mail and customer relationships belong in the same operational picture. I built it as the CRM layer for AzAd Workspace — contacts, pipelines, tasks, and client communication connected to the same organization identity that already powers business email.
The product is for sales teams, account managers, and small business owners who live in their inbox but need structured follow-up. Instead of bolting on a generic CRM that ignores how they actually communicate, I designed pipelines and contact records to sit alongside the mail context teams already use every day.
I implemented core CRM flows — contact management, deal stages, task tracking, and communication history — with the expectation that most users will move between CRM and mail in a single session. The goal is fewer tabs, fewer duplicate entries, and a clearer view of where each relationship stands.
AzAd CRM is live and integrated with AzAd Workspace at azadworkspace.com/crm. I continue refining it as a practical sales tool rather than an enterprise CRM clone — focused on clarity, speed, and tight coupling with the workspace platform.
